The Automatic Bag Unpacking Machine is a versatile automatic bag unpacking device with highly automated operation capabilities. It can handle unpacking tasks for various bulk materials including powders, granules, and small lumps. It is mechanically capable of unpacking and discharging materials even with high air content, high moisture content, and agglomerated materials. Operators place the filled bags onto the conveyor belt. The belt conveys the bags into the unpacking machine, where a rotating bag-breaking device cuts them open. The material falls through the screen of a tumbling sieve into the discharge hopper below. The empty bags are directed by the rotating drum to the bag expulsion mechanism. Dust generated during cutting is controlled by a pulse-jet bag filter, minimizing dust emission during the bag-breaking process and protecting the working space and environment. The unpacked chemical raw materials can be directly conveyed to production equipment via an integrated tubular chain conveyor, avoiding manual contact and reducing dust pollution.
