The Crushing and Pulverizing Production Line is a highly efficient recycling system developed by Endama based on years of industry experience and specific client requirements. It is designed for processing industrial waste from sectors like plastic sheet, profile, pipe, and flooring manufacturing. The core of the line consists of two main pieces of equipment: a Crusher and a Pulverizer.
The Crusher is primarily used for shredding various industrial plastic waste including sheets, boards, flooring, PVC pipes, and profiles. Powered by an electric motor and driven by V-belts, it utilizes the rotating shear action between blades mounted on a rotating shaft and stationary blades fixed to the machine body. This action repeatedly shreds the plastic material. The shredded particles are then sieved through a screen and collected in a storage hopper.
The crusher’s hopper and main housing are constructed from welded steel plates. The hopper is connected to the body via hinges, facilitating cleaning, blade replacement, and blade gap adjustment. The screen frame is also hinge-connected for easy screen replacement, enhancing convenience. To adjust the blade gap, first loosen the blade clamping screws, set the desired clearance, and then retighten the screws. The crushing chamber features a vertical curtain design at the feed inlet to prevent material splashing. The machine boasts an aesthetically pleasing and harmoniously colored exterior with a rational structure.

Installation & Power: Install the machine in a suitable location and connect it to the power supply.

Pre-Operation Check (No Load): Check all fastening screws for looseness and tighten if necessary. Verify that the gap between the rotating and stationary blades is appropriate. Inspect the interior for any metal objects or foreign debris. Manually rotate the flywheel to ensure smooth movement.

Startup & Operation: Start the motor and check its rotation direction. Begin feeding material slowly. If overload is detected during operation, stop feeding immediately. Resume feeding only after normal operation is restored. Stop the machine promptly if any abnormality occurs and troubleshoot.

Maintenance: Regularly inspect the cutting edges of both stationary and rotating blades. Sharpen them promptly when dull. Consistently check all fastening screws for tightness. Monitor the blade gap and ensure no foreign objects are inside. The operator should monitor bearing temperatures, which should generally not exceed 40°C. Lubricate bearings regularly. Periodically inspect the V-belts and adjust their tension to ensure proper drive transmission. Replace the screen plate promptly if it is severely worn.
