The Powder Vacuum Loader is a dust-tight, enclosed pipeline conveying device that utilizes vacuum suction force to transport powdered materials. This product primarily consists of a filtervacuum systemconveying pipedischarge valve, and reverse blow device. It operates by creating a pressure differential between the vacuum and the ambient atmosphere, generating gas flow within the pipeline that carries the powdered material, thereby achieving powder transfer. It is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, plastics, and metallurgy, meeting the conveying needs for powders, granules, and powder-granule mixtures. However, it is not suitable for conveying viscous, excessively heavy, or damp materials. During operation, the equipment can automatically stop after material transfer is complete, fulfilling the requirement for continuous operation in production processes, making it highly popular.

The Powder Vacuum Loader uses only compressed air as the power source, making it an intrinsically safe device suitable for conveying flammable materials in high-demand settings. Additionally, since it only requires stainless steel pipes and flexible connections, installation is simple, and maintenance and servicing are quite convenient. The loader uses a Roots blower to extract air, creating a negative pressure state at the suction nozzle inlet and throughout the entire system. The powder material is drawn into the nozzle along with the outside air, forming a material-air flow that travels through the suction pipe to the hopper, where air and material are separated. The separated material then enters the receiving equipment. The feeding and discharging cycles are accomplished through the continuous opening and closing of a pneumatic diverter valve, which is controlled by a central controller.

A vortex air pump creates a vacuum inside the unit, generating a negative pressure state at the suction nozzle inlet and within the loader itself. Powder is drawn into the nozzle along with external gas, creating a material-air mixture. This mixture travels through the suction pipe to the hopper, where air-material separation occurs. The separated material falls automatically due to gravity and is collected in the receiving bin. During the discharge cycle, the pneumatic three-way valve closes, the bin door opens automatically, and the material falls into the equipment’s hopper. Simultaneously, a reverse pulse of air automatically cleans the filter, causing any adhered powder to fall off with the material, completing the discharge process.

  • During operation, closely monitor the material level in the storage bin. If the bin is full but the loader continues feeding, it can block the discharge outlet, damaging the spiral blade and potentially burning out the motor. (Blocking the discharge outlet is strictly prohibited.)

  • If conveying becomes sluggish or blocked during operation, stop immediately. Open the discharge gate, reverse the loader motor to expel the blocked material or debris from the conveying pipe, and clean the pipe.

  • If abnormal noises occur in the conveying pipe during operation, stop immediately, cut off the power, lay the pipe flat, carefully extract the spiral rod, and check for deformation or misalignment. Repair if necessary.
