Single-Shaft Shredder and Dual-Shaft Shredder/Two-Shaft Shredder

The Shredder features low energy consumption, high output, and convenient mobility. Users can select different models based on the size of the material and the required processing capacity to achieve the goal of “limited resources, unlimited recycling.” This series of shredders is generally suitable for shredding hard-to-break materials such as plastics, rubber, tires, nylon plastics, car bumpers, discarded fishing nets, plastic pipes, fibers, paper, electronic components, cables, circuit boards, and wood.

1. Suitable for recycling large, solid materials, difficult-to-process materials, plastic containers, plastic drums, and plastic pallets. Shredded particles can be as small as 20mm based on different requirements. Various feeding hoppers can be provided according to customer needs. This equipment features low-speed rotating cutters and low noise.

2. It consists of a rotating cutter disc and stationary cutters to perform the shredding function. The cutter disc is composed of a base shaft and several quadrilateral-shaped movable cutter blocks. Each cutter block has 4 cutting edges for rotation and reuse. The cutter blocks are arranged in multiple V-shaped rows along the base shaft, fixed with screws, and rotate together with the base shaft to form the rotating cutter disc. There are two sets of stationary cutters fixed on the machine frame. Material is fed towards the cutter disc by a horizontal hydraulic cylinder. The feeding speed is stable and adjustable, with powerful and uniform pushing force. It is suitable for recycling large solid materials, irregular difficult-to-process materials, plastic containers, drums, pipes, films, fibers, paper, etc. Main shaft speed ranges from 45 to 100 RPM.

3. Different cutter shafts (rotors) can be selected for different materials. Correctly choosing the cutter shaft can significantly improve the equipment’s performance and production efficiency. Our factory currently offers the following cutter shafts: High-Performance Cutter Shaft, Cutter Shaft for Hard Materials, and Cutter Shaft for Films.

4. Along with selecting different cutter shafts, our factory also designs different cutter holder installation methods based on the characteristics of various materials: Welded Cutter Holders, Detachable Cutter Holders, and Integrated Cutter Holders.

The Dual-Shaft Shredder is suitable for waste recycling requirements across various industries, such as: electronic waste, plastics, metals, wood, scrap rubber, drums, and pallets. It handles a wide variety of recyclable materials. Shredded output can be directly reused or further refined as required.

This series of dual-shaft shredders features low speed, high torque, and low noise. It utilizes a computerized PLC control system with automatic functions for starting/stopping, reversal, and automatic overload reversal. Cutter types vary depending on the material. Our factory offers cutters with: Single Hook, Double Hook, Four Hook, and Multi-Hook configurations, with thicknesses ranging from 20mm to 100mm. We design single-hook or multi-hook cutters of different thicknesses based on customer materials and requirements. Cutter installation methods can be categorized as: Integral Installation and Detachable Installation.
