The Small Bag Unloading Station, also known as a Dust-free Unloading Station, is widely used for unloading powders and granular materials from small and medium-sized bags. It consists of a manual bin tipper, a back-pressure feeding platform, a grid, a lower sand trap, a vibrator, a filtration system, a dust removal system, and an air-blowing backflush bag. This product is easy to operate, observe, maintain, and clean, protecting the operator’s health. Constructed from stainless steel, the equipment is durable and finds wide application in industries such as food, new energy lithium batteries, and chemicals.

The Small Bag Unloading Station is commonly used for unpacking and unloading 25kg or 50kg bags of powdered/granular materials. Through manual bag opening and automatic tipping steps, materials fall into the storage hopper by gravity to complete the unloading process. Dust generated during operation is filtered out by the integrated dust removal device, allowing operators to work comfortably in a clean environment. A screening function can be added based on process requirements to remove impurities. It can also be integrated with a vacuum loader for vacuum feeding functionality.

During unpacking, the dust collection fan prevents material dust from dispersing. When unbagging and feeding materials into the next process, operators simply manually open bags and feed them into the system. Materials pass through a vibrating screen (safety mesh), which intercepts large lumps and foreign objects, allowing only qualified particles to discharge. Negative pressure formed by the centrifugal fan and suction pipes collects dust and fly ash during unloading, preventing dispersion, polluting the surrounding environment, and protecting operator health.

  • Wear personal protective equipment and a mask. Turn on the dust collector and use an air gun to clean the inside and outside of the unit.

  • Turn off the dust collector and the main power supply. Remove the filter cartridge from the filter housing and clean it with an air gun. Replace the cartridge promptly if it is found to be ineffective.

  • Remove the bottom vibrating screen mesh and clean it with an air gun. Check the mesh for integrity and replace it promptly if damaged.

  • Clean areas prone to material adhesion with a damp cloth. After cleaning, dry the surfaces with an air gun and wipe again with a clean cloth. After completion, reinstall the filter cartridge and screen mesh onto the Dust-free Unloading Station.
